Silicone Sleeves
SILICONE RUBBER DIELECTRIC SLEEVES FOR CORONA TREATERS
The most convenient and inexpensive dielectric covering for corona treater stations is silicone rubber. Our silicone is manufactured to very tight specifications, with tolerances as low as +/- 0.1 mm wall thickness and +/- 1.0 mm ID. Sleeves can be replaced easily in the field; other dielectrics, such as hypalon, epoxy or ceramic, are bonded to the backing roller. With these coverings, the entire roller must be replaced in the event of dielectric failure. The damaged roll must then be sent out for costly and time-consuming repair.

Dyne Test Pens
There are several ways of testing a substrate's surface tension
(dyne level) in the field. By far the most convenient method is CESCO's
dyne testing pens. Available in 2 dyne increments from 30 dyne - 60 dyne,
a quick swipe across the surface of a substrate will help determine if
the minimum required dyne level has been achieved. The ink in our pens
is a dark blue for easy reading and the snap-on cap helps ensure longer
shelf life. Please contact us for
